General
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on your own server, not shared with any third party. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS, PINs are hashed with bcrypt and session cookies have HttpOnly and Secure flags. We never store plain-text PINs or sell your data.
What if I forget my PIN?
Use the Forgot PIN link on the login page. A reset link is sent to your registered email and expires in 1 hour. If you have no email on file, the Family Head can reset your PIN from the Family Settings panel.
Does it work on mobile?
FinXure is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in Chrome or Safari on your phone and tap "Add to Home Screen." It installs like a native app with your own icon, offline support and no app store needed.
Can the whole family use it?
Yes. The admin can create multiple user accounts, each with their own PIN and separate data. Each family member logs in independently and sees only their own finances.
Can I export my data?
Pro users can export all data as CSV to share with a CA or import into Excel. All users can download a full JSON data export at any time — this is your right and is always free.
Is this India-specific?
Yes, built specifically for India. All amounts are in INR (₹). The tax planner handles old vs new regime, 80C/80D/80CCD deductions and HRA. Investment types include EPF, PPF, NPS, LIC and RBI Bonds. Financial year runs April–March everywhere.
